Other features include risk management, automatic conflict checks and production of audit trails, a comprehensive database module for client, non-client and expert details, VAT and Interest calculators and audit controls as well as easy to use bank reconciliation. Plus, of course, everything from Trial Balances, Balance Sheets and Profit & Loss, to disbursement control, on-screen time recording and automatic production of standard letters.
As a Quillennium Interactive user you also have the option of implementing the Quill Safety.Net system. This gives you the reassurance of a co-location storage centre for your key practice management data. But, on a nightly basis, it also allows you and your fee earners to view key statistics ranging from bills rendered and time posted to budgets and SAR warnings.
