Criminal and Civil October 2011 - Summary of Changes

The LSC will be operating the changes from 3rd October 2011

Areas of change:

Civil and Family remuneration

1) Reduction in all fees and hourly rates in civil and family matters by 10%.

Crime Remuneration

2) Implementation of ‘either way’ or ‘summary’ to magistrates court lower and higher fee claims.

3) Removal of premium payments for magistrates courts cases in London.
