Spirits in the sky!
Sole practitioner Amanda Merrick of Merrick , Manchester found herself in the media spotlight recently after going the extra mile by helping out her clients, a group of female divorcees and raising funds for BASIC (Brain and Spinal Injury Centre), a Manchester based charity.
Amanda had been representing a number of women throughout their divorces whilst also trying to help them deal with the stress and upset brought on by their separations. In a bid to raise their spirits, Amanda invited them to a prestigious charity ball and with a little encouragement they all agreed to attend. The ladies enjoyed a wonderful event and have become good friends ever since; they are now celebrating their success in raising well over £7,000.00 for this worthwhile cause.
Placing the customer experience and overall satisfaction as a priority is becoming increasingly important within any business environment and Amanda Merrick demonstrates with style just how effective and rewarding it can be. Like all clients of Quill Pinpoint, Merrick are able to develop more personal communications with their clients through the customer service module in Quill Pinpoint Interactive Practice Management System.
Amanda really takes good networking and communicating with clients to new heights, showing it can be a winning formula in more ways than one and an ideal way to set yourself apart from your competitors. Amanda is pictured below centre toasting the girls. Cheers!
