At PinPoint we try really hard to deliver everything you expect…and then a little bit more.
Our highly trained legal cashiers work in small teams, headed by a Supervisor or Assistant Manager. They, in turn, are responsible to a Manager and an Operations Director, both based in our Manchester Head Office.
You will be allocated your own Pinpoint legal cashier (each cashier handles 5 or 6 clients’ work). A second cashier is also allocated to your practice, to cover in the main cashier’s absence. In fact, at least three members of the team are always familiar with your work.
Their job, as well as delivering exceptional levels of ongoing service, is to liaise with you and your accountants, the LSC and HMRC. They will check, process, sort and report to you if anything is missing. They’ll also reconcile statements, advise on errors, look after Legal Aid submissions and advise of any actual or potential SAR breaches.
In short, they’ll look after every tiny detail…with an exceptional level of professionalism.
