Quill Safety.net has been designed to help you keep your Quillennium Interactive system secure, protected and safe from influences sometimes beyond your control. The principles are very simple. Every working day your entire application and data – including your Solicitors’ Accounts Rules and Legal Services Commission compliancy – are automatically uploaded to Quill’s own data centre, giving you the reassurance of knowing your crucial practice information is also in a totally separate second location.
When you, your practice manager or your legal cashier arrive next morning, an email will confirm the data has been received and validated by Quill Safety.net. You’ll also get a URL link to a secure web server where you can view a “snapshot of statistics”…a proactive report detailing key practice and fee-earner information covering everything from client risk management to SAR breaches and time posted.
Armed with these statistics the user can then request more detailed reports either directly from their Quillennium Interactive system or their in-house Legal cashier. Additional users can be registered and access limited for private information.
