We've achieved ‘1 Star’ accreditation for 2016 by Best Companies, the organisation behind ‘The Sunday Times Best Companies to Work For’ lists. Our upgraded ranking is based on the results of Best Companies’ national annual survey of almost 410,000 employees from over 1,300 UK-based companies. Of the ensuing 768 businesses who gained accreditation, we were awarded ‘1 Star’ status.

Legal aid practitioners will know all about the Legal Aid Agency’s new online client and cost management system (CCMS) which will become mandatory from 1st February 2016 as the sole route for requesting legal aid on customers’ behalf, managing cases, applying for payments on account and submitting bills. Our new system allows users to pull together all the information required by CCMS and upload straight to the CCMS portal.
We can officially label our 2015 charitable efforts a resounding success. We raised, sponsored and donated monies to the tune of £9,300 for the 12-month period. Of this, £750 was pledged by our staff for monthly dress-down days; £7,700 originated from our three major fundraising activities; the remaining £850 was spent on sponsoring fundraising events of others.
