Christmas is coming! At this time of year, in keeping with the spirit of the season, we thank our clients, employees, partners and suppliers for their unwavering support over the past 12 months. It's been another hugely successful year for Quill and it's because of you. So thank you, thank you, thank you!

Like everyone at Christmastime, we'll be taking a break from work to enjoy the festivities. We'll be closing for business at 1pm on Friday 22nd December and re-opening at 9am on Tuesday 2nd January. As always, our servers and network infrastructure will be constantly monitored throughout the shutdown period. We'll also be providing a skeleton cashiering service by prior arrangement only. Should you experience any unexpected technical issues and require urgent support, please email our helpdesk at support@quill.co.uk.

As Christmas is also a time for reflection, let's look back on some of 2017's successes. Just a few of the many highlights include appointing several new members of staff across our regional offices, not least Tom Wormald to the role of Client Services Director; we underwent an MBO and rebrand, leading to a new line-up of directors sitting on the board and refreshed visual identity to reflect these structural and directional changes; we launched our new Police Station App for criminal legal aid lawyers to use on-the-go during station visits; and we revealed the new-look, streamlined version of Interactive, i4, which will be heading your way soon.

Most importantly of all, we continued working with our wonderful clients and welcomed a whole raft of new reference sites of end users willing to sing our praises to others.

All that's left to say is very merry Christmas and happy New Year to you, your family, friends and loved ones. Wishing you joy and peace at Christmas, and hoping 2018 brings you health, happiness and prosperity.
