Sarah has worked at Quill for 20 years and is currently Product Manager, reporting directly to our IT Director, Richard Salt.
Responsible for the ongoing development of Interactive Cloud - that's our flagship case management, legal accounting and document management software - it's Sarah's role to understand the evolving requirements of our software users, both now and into the future.
Sarah communicates and prioritises these requirements to relevant business stakeholders - employees, clients and partners - feeding into the product roadmap for Interactive, updating user guides for specific functionality, informing clients of current and planned software enhancements, liaising with clients to ensure satisfaction with software and services received, identifying beta sites to test early software releases and running internal training sessions to teach staff about what's new in Interactive.
A key part of Sarah's job is to ensure compliance with ever-changing rules, regulations and legislation. To fulfil her duties, Sarah keeps abreast of any changes in the legal marketplace which are then built into our software development plans so that our systems are compliant way ahead of deadline.
Sarah's got a lengthy background in the legal sector. She spent 10 years as a legal cashier before completing her law degree at Teesside University and gaining management studies qualifications; both of which were undertaken whilst working at Quill.
Sarah is married with a young daughter and is a keen charity fundraiser; one of her biggest achievements being Yorkshire's Three Peaks in aid of the Multiple Sclerosis Society in 2016.
