Client Services Director
Tom joined us in 2016 as Client Services Director and is responsible for all client-facing services which include support for practice management software users, outsourced legal cashiering, payroll and general bookkeeping customers.
Tom has a key operational role and strong client focus at Quill, and brings 20 years of experience within the legal industry. Most recently, Tom was Operations Director at a leading motor insurance legal services business where he created and was responsible for all operational and client facing services including legal operational management, a 200-seat outsourced insurance claims function, outsourced claims handling and hosted claims solution. Tom helped grow the business from less than 100 staff to 850+ over a 10 year period.
Tom is passionate about quality of service and is driven to continually exceeding customer expectations.
In his spare time, Tom enjoys mountain biking, hill walking, and spending time with family and friends. As a keen outdoors type, the Lake District is one of Tom's favourite and most-visited places. Tom is married and has two young children, who keep him on his toes!
