Anthony Howells' role as Implementation Manager is to ensure we deliver the highest possible standards of services and software, along with delivering quality after-sales care to new and existing clients.
Anthony’s other key responsibilities are to project manage all implementations and ensure the smooth transition for clients migrating to our Interactive suite of products along with after-sales support and training. Anthony liaises with the R&D department and programme development committee to ensure customer requirements and satisfaction are assured.
He has an extensive background in fraud investigation and project management. He brings with him a wealth of experience in delivering a high standard of customer service coupled with a methodical and analytical approach to work.
As part of his duties, Anthony manages Jo Lytham, our Implementation Assistant, Product Trainers and coordinates the Data Conversion resource, making sure that clients are closely guided throughout their journey as a Quill client from initial deployment onwards.
For many clients, Anthony will become the first point of contact for queries relating to sales orders, licence requests, training, data migration and database tidy up. His aim is to make the experience positive from the outset and ongoing.
Outside of work, Anthony enjoys spending time with his girlfriend, family and friends. He loves going to the cinema on a regular basis watching anything from mainstream to foreign independent films. He is a keen runner having completed many road races including 3 marathons. He stays active by running home from work, going to the gym and snowboarding. You may also see Anthony out and about volunteering with the Manchester International Festival or playing drums for the Manchester School of Samba!
