Client Account Manager

In her role as Client Account Manager, Kim's responsible for developing stronger relationships with our clients, to understand their unique business needs, and proffer the best combination of software and services to meet their needs thereby helping them to run their business more efficiently and effectively.

Essentially, Kim is the face of Quill, acts as the first point of contact for inbound queries, ensures the client's voice is well represented, and collaborates between departments to ensure maximum value optimisation for existing users. In other words, it's her duty to keep customers happy.

Kim began her career in accountancy and finance, gaining experience in various sectors including manufacturing, charitable organisations and social housing. After a number of years living and working in London, she returned home to Manchester and joined the family-owned solicitors' practice as Legal Cashier.

Throughout this period, Kim garnered in-depth knowledge of the SRA Accounts Rules and VAT regulations as well as the inner workings of a busy law firm. In 2014, Kim became Practice Manager for her family business, liaising closely with their COFA and fee earners to ensure full regulatory compliance at all times.

In 2018, Kim joined Quill as a Legal Cashier and has spent the last two years supporting a number of different clients in a cashiering role, utilising the Interactive software for legal accounts management. Kim has developed vast knowledge of the various products and services offered by Quill and has seen first hand how they make a significant impact on the day-to-day running of a legal practice.

Kim has a creative personality and, having trained as a professional actress, enjoys acting in her spare time. She also likes to get behind the camera, and has a keen interest in photography and videography.
