As Client Account Manager, Becky is responsible for supporting our existing clients and introducing legal practices to Quill. Her role is to understand our clients’ business models and pain points, and accordingly offer our full range of complementary, value-added software and services which better support their goals. Becky also ensures that clients’ voices are heard internally by engaging with the product development and client service teams. During her time, Quill most recently became the first outsourced legal cashiering service and legal accounts, case, document and practice management software provider to be recommended by the Law Society.
Becky’s interests are playing hockey at weekends, and going on holiday as much as time and funds permit. She has two stepsons, Finley and Ezra, and lives with her partner, James.
