Quill awarded Best Companies 2-star accreditation
A huge part of Quill’s mission is to build a truly amazing company – one that the team loves being a part of. With this in mind, company culture, team engagement and staff wellbeing are key priorities for us here at Quill, and we’re absolutely delighted to announce that we’ve achieved the 2-star accreditation award from Best Companies!
Best Companies is an annual survey and recognition programme which sets the standard for workplace engagement and employee wellbeing. Our 2-star accreditation recognises outstanding levels of employee engagement and comes following our approach to supporting employees during the initial and ongoing months of the pandemic, where we provided access to a Mental Health First Aider and counselling.
Jonathan Austin, Founder and CEO of Best Companies, said: “Quill’s fantastic achievement demonstrates that they have been well led and well managed during these most testing of times. They’ve continued to put their people at the forefront of all they do and have been rewarded with outstanding levels of engagement – congratulations.”Read our Best Companies profile

Mind provides advice and support to empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem. They also campaign to improve services, raise awareness and promote understanding.
According to Mind, approximately 1 in 4 people in the UK will experience a mental health problem each year. In England alone, 1 in 6 people report experiencing a common mental health problem (such as anxiety and depression) in any given week.
