We're looking for a legal cashier with over 2 years' experience to join our client support department within our vibrant head office in Manchester city centre. You'll be responsible for supporting clients using our legal accounts program and also providing advice, support and best practice guidelines on how to get the best out of the systems.
As Legal Cashier Support, you'll provide first line telephone support to clients for our various products and services, as well as supporting fellow colleagues within Quill. This is an ideal role for a cashier looking to progress, as full training will be provided on our systems and support techniques, however a good cashiering knowledge and skill set as a base is a prerequisite.
The Pinpoint Internal Trainer will manage all the internal training within our company across all four sites - Manchester, Liverpool, Redcar and Brighton. You'll be required to provide training services to all levels of staff from senior management to school leavers. You should have a proven track record in training in the legal finance sector. You'll be expected to deliver training as well as manage training to cashiers working in our Pinpoint Bureau and run our Training Academy for ‘Green’ graduates. There will also be a requirement to deliver training to our clients at their sites on occasions.
We're seeking a Pinpoint Supervisor Technical Lead to provide technical support to our Pinpoint outsourced legal cashiering service user base. This role bridges cashiering and system expertise. You'll be allocated support calls generated by cashiers or Pinpoint clients and will provide technical support to assess whether the issue was generated by user or system error. There will be a requirement to undertake root cause analysis and recommend changes to process, procedures, systems or further training for individuals accordingly. This will be both a challenging and rewarding role for the right person and will require both excellent communication and technical knowledge.

As an outsourced legal accounts bureau team member, you’ll be allocated various client sites, and be responsible for the full range of cashiering duties for each of these.
We're recruiting for a Data Migration Analyst to work within our support and implementation team, to be based at either our Manchester or Liverpool office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full ETL process thereby extracting, translating and loading data from legacy case management / practice management and legal accounting systems into our Interactive accounts software.
