We've voluntarily signed up to the Living Wage Foundation's scheme to become an accredited Living Wage Employer. This means our entire permanent, temporary, apprenticeship and contracted staff earn the higher hourly Living Wage rate rather than the government-mandated Minimum Wage.
We've been voted 'Employer of the Year' in the Multiple Sclerosis Society Awards 2016. The judging panel were looking for organisations that create an excellent working environment for staff with MS, and show consistent awareness and consideration of the fluctuating nature of the illness. But, rather than employers just offering flexible working hours and more regular breaks from work, the winner would demonstrate going above and beyond normal practice to support staff with MS.

We've twice won the Institute of Legal Finance & Management Solicitors’ Software Users Award - in 2010 and 2012 - for our legal accounting software. Our 2012 victory, won by an overall score margin of 5%, continued the accolade for an additional two-year period in recognition of the quality of our Interactive hosted software, and complementary services such as training and help desk responsiveness.
As part of our training academy, our trainee legal cashiers combine on-the-job experience, peer support and classroom learning at Quill in conjunction with the Institute of Legal Finance & Management – or ILFM for short – and gain a recognised legal accounts diploma-level qualification upon course completion.
