Karen Eldridge’s role, as Implementation Manager, is ensuring the best possible implementation of services and software, along with delivering quality after-sales care to new and existing clients.
Karen's other key responsibilities are to project manage all implementation and ensure the smooth transition for clients migrating to our Interactive suite of products along with after-sales support and training. Karen liaises with the R&D department and programme development committee to ensure customer requirements and satisfaction are assured.
Karen was promoted internally from our legal cashiering division where she held the role of Legal Supervisor for a period of 5 years. Now, as Implementation Manager, Karen’s responsible for driving a product implementation excellence initiative.
As part of her duties, Karen manages Jo Lytham, our Implementation Assistant, Product Trainers and coordinates the Data Conversion resource, making sure that clients are closely guided throughout their journey as a Quill client, from initial deployment onwards.
For many clients, Karen will become the first point of contact for queries relating to sales orders, licence requests, training, data migration and database tidy up. Her aim is to make the experience positive from the outset and ongoing.
Outside of work, Karen's interests are varied, from make-up (a girl has to look good, after all!), films of any description (including weird foreign cartoon ones!) and food.
